Single Loan closing (20 mile travel radius of downtown Dallas included) = $150Mileage fee per mile, after first 20 miles = $1

Mobile Notary Fees

General Notary (includes 1 document and 20 mile travel radius of downtown Dallas) = $75.00Mileage fee per mile, after first 20 miles = $1

Texas Government Code § 406.024 sets out the standard fees a notary public may charge for notary public services. All mobile services provided will incur a travel charge separate from Texas notary fees.

Fee Schedule - Does not include Travel

Taking an acknowledgment or proof of deed or other instrument in writing (first signature) = $6.00
Taking an acknowledgment or proof of deed or other instrument in writing (additional signature) = $1.00
Administering an oath or affirmation with certificating and seal = $6.00
Certifying copies of non-recordable documents = $6.00
Printing of Electronic documents, up to 200 pages = $25
Taking depositions of witnesses = $.50 per 100 words

Remote Online Notary

$25.00 (Per single document notarization with one notary certificate + $8 for additional certificate)
